Lori Robins is a leadership coach, educator, speaker, author, and serial entrepreneur who successfully managed several businesses and large teams. She started her first business at only 13 years old, and since then she knew the power of great leadership. With many ups and downs in business, including staff turnovers, disorganization, and being overwhelmed, she began feeling like she failed as a leader. However, using her ambition, innate leadership ability, and perseverance, she pushed forward and quickly made a pivot to lead her team and business to success using her leadership strategies. Over the past decade, she has helped thousands of entrepreneurs around the world become dynamic leaders through her signature uGROW Framework™ coaching program. In this 5-part program, she helps clients get a deeper understanding of exactly what leadership is and create a plan to help them move forward as better leaders.

Growing up in the inner city, Lori knew the importance of being a leader and not following the crowd. She always had the vision to help her community, hence, she created the Big Sister, Little Sister mentorship program to bridge the gap between freshmen and upperclassmen. She also founded another program, Generation Lead™, which teaches young girls entrepreneurship and empowers them to be dynamic leaders. She is on a mission to support and encourage young girls to speak up, show out and lead fearlessly.

Always one to give back, Lori is releasing a book, “LeadHERShift: Your 5 Step Leadership Success Plan,” to teach women how to become unstoppable leaders that business owners need to succeed.

Lori Robins has a Master’s in Education from Lincoln University and is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Academy. She is originally from Philadelphia but is now a Brooklynite.
